What about if your driver never shows up?
That has never happened before but if it does our Company will cover the food cost and also will give credit to the customer for the same amount.
How Long are you in this business?
We started in 2013 and have been in the business for 12 years.
What is the % Commission You charge the Restaurants?
It will depend on your delivery volume. We will analyze your volume and provide you a proposal. We guarantee that our fee will be much less than what you pay GrubHub and Door Dash. We will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
Do you have enough drivers?
We have a network of thousands of drivers everywhere in the United States. Please contact us for more info if you are not seeing your city listed bellow.
What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive cancelation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. If the reason is our driver being late, we will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub only covers 70%.
Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just a few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
